中文摘要:

对大批量轴类零件外径形位公差的检测,采用传统的方法调节计量量具费时费力。该检测装置通过旋转手轮,来调节V形块的高度,使零件的外圆与检测量具接触,完成不同外径零件的检测工作。检测装置结构简单,调整方便,可适用于多品种、大批量的外圆类零件的测量,有很大的推广价值。

英文摘要:

The traditional measuring techniques are not so convenient for geometric tolerance of shaft parts.With a rotary handwheel,the vertical position of the V-block on the measuring apparatus studied is adjusted accordingly to make the shaft cylinder to be tested contacts the measuring gauge to prepare for the measurement.This measuring instrument with simple structure and easy adjustment is good for measuring geometric parameter of the variety,large-batch column parts with popularizing value.
