为避免产品创新设计成果受到专利权因素的限制并提高产品创新效率,提出了基于质量功能布置理论(QFD)、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)与专利知识挖掘(PKM)的产品创新设计方法。该方法以QFD理论为基础获得创新设计的目标功能,结合TRIZ理论确定其领域解,在领域解基础上挖掘已有专利知识,建立专利特征矩阵指导设计者合理避开已有专利,实现快速有效的创新设计。最后以CR安全装置打火机的创新设计验证了该方法的有效性。 |

In order to avoid patent infringement and improve the efficiency of product innovation, a method of product innovation design based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD)、Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and Patent Knowledge Mining (PKM) was put forward. In the method, QFD was used for obtaining the target function of innovation design, TRIZ tools was combined to determine the field solutions; then mine existing patent knowledge from these field solutions, build the patent characteristic Matrix which could help the designers avoid patent infringement in design, and implement innovation design easily and effectively. Finally, the innovation design of child-resistant safe device lighter was used to illustrating the validity of the method. |
