在工业控制中，变频器应用非常广泛。但是在设备控制中常常使用键盘控制方式来调节变频器，文章介绍了三菱Q系列PLC与富士FRNG11S-4CX系列变频器通过RS485协议通信在隔膜纸成型插入机中的应用，使隔膜纸卷绕速度稳定，保证电池质量的稳定性，并提高劳动效率。

英文摘要:

In the industry control，transducerare used very popular. But in the equipment control，transducers' control are often used by the way of keyboard. The article introduced the MITSUBISHU Q series PLC used RS485 protocol to communicate with the FUJI control in diaphragm paper molding and inserting machine，it can make roll motor speed stable and guarantee，the stability of battery quality as well as increasing the working efficiency.
