选用DSP器件取代低端的微处理器进行数据采集与处理,结合CAN总线和USB通信技术,实现了一种具有网络功能、能运行复杂控制算法、适用范围广的分布式温度调节控制系统。对系统硬件和软件的设计进行了详细描述。最后,将该系统应用一个水温控制实验平台进行测试。测试结果表明,所设计的基于DSP的分布式温度调节控制系统的软、硬件均运行正常,能达到预期的目标,具有一定的应用价值。 |

Choosing the DSP for data acquisition and processing, combined with CAN bus and USB communication technologies, the paper designed and implemented a distributed temperature adjustment control system with network function, which can run complex control algorithm, and also may be applied to many fields. The design process of system hardware and software was described in detail. Finally, applying this system to a water temperature adjustment and control system, results show that the distributed temperature adjustment control system can run normally. The design of control system can satisfy control requirements. |
