LED作为第4代照明光源,以其节能环保的优势而逐渐地用于照明和信号灯具中,但LED对芯片的工作温度要求很高,为保证LED的正常使用,必须提高LED的散热能力。文章以200W LEDD路灯为模型,提出了一种新型的翅片散热器,应用ANSYS并结合正交设计法对散热器进行了温度场的模拟。通过分析翅片厚度、翅片间距、翅片外轮廓半径、基板厚度等结构参数对散热器温度场的影响,得到了最优的参数组合,使LED的温度满足要求,并且使散热器的质量较轻。 |

Light-emitting Diode(LED), the fourth generation light, has been gradually used in lighting and signal lamps because of its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection. But the LED demands highly on the working temperature. In order to guarantee the normal use of the LED, the heat cooling of the LED must be improved. The paper put forward a new style of heat fin-sink which was applied on the 200W street lamp and used the ANSYS to analyze the temperature field of this heat fin-sink with the orthogonal experimental design.The influence of different structural parameters such as thickness, spacing, the radius of edge blend of the fin, width of substrate on the temperature field was compared. Finally, an optimized model was obtained with lower maximum temperature, and less weight of the heat sink. |
