      开发一种新型制冷空调设备多功能集成节电控制器。集成了4种节电模式:在温度检测模块的作用下,控制室内温度不得低于预先设定值, 控制室外温度低于下限时不得启动压缩机制冷,基本保证人体的舒适度并提高节电效率;根据一天室内外昼夜温差的变化规律,优化压缩机运行曲线进行节能;充分利用制冷剂的余冷,实现对空调压缩机设备的优化控制,达到节约电能的目的;利用待机检测模块,实现对空调压缩机待机断路节电。节电控制器硬件电路以STC微处理器为核心,外接遥控解码、实时时钟、温度检测、待机检测、压缩机控制等模块;软件设计主要由主程序、遥控解码、温度检测、压缩机控制等部分构成;经测试,节电控制器制冷节电率可以达到15%以上,具有良好的节电效果。
英文摘要:
      A new multi-functional integration electricity economized controller for refrigeration air-condition equipment was developed. The four modes of electricity-economized were:In the detection of a module,the temperature inside should not to be less the preset values, compressor refrigeration should not be started when the temperature outside is below the minimum value to ensure the comfort of the human body and to improve the efficiency of electricity; By rules of temperature changes from day and night optimizes the air-condition′s operating curve to save the electricity; Full use the residual cold of the refrigerant to realize optimized control in air-condition equipment with electricity-saving; using standby detection module to achieves the air compressors stand by open circuit to save power. With the core of STC microprocessor,the electricity saving controller hardware circuit is connected with remote figure、real time clock, temperature detect,standby detect and compressor control,etc. Software design includes main program、remote figure、temperature detect and compressor control,etc. Through testing the electricity-economized rate of refrigeration controller is above 15% with good effects of electricity saving.
