提出了一种5轴数控卷簧机控制系统的设计方案。以ACS SAR LT 8运动控制器和平板工业计算机作为整个控制系统的核心部分,5个交流伺服轴分别实现卷簧机的变径、变节距、送丝、上切刀与下切刀的控制。运动控制器通过以太网接口与平板工业计算机通信,通过ETHECATNET与交流伺服驱动器通信。集弹簧CAD/CAM设计与加工于一体的系统软件设计,方便了用户的使用。实际应用表明,该设计方案简化了机械设计,增强了卷簧机的功能,提高了机床的使用寿命。 |

Proposed a system design scheme for a five axis NC roll spring machine. With a ACS-SAR-LT 8 motion controller and a panel industrial computer as the core part of the whole control system, five ac servo shafts realized respectively some functions: changing the diameter, changing the pitch, sending wire, and the control of upcutter and down cutter. The motion controller communicated with the panel industrial computer via the Ethernet, with ac servo drive via as the ETHECATNET bus.The system software design integrated the spring CAD/CAM with processing program, which makes it easy to use. The practical application indicated that the design scheme greatly simplified the mechanical design, enhanced the the function of the roll spring machine, and improved the service life of the machine. |
