全电动式精密注塑机具有节约能源、清洁低噪、控制性能优良等几大特性,即将成为注塑行业的主流装备。对国内近期研制的全电动式精密注塑机,从结构特点上进行介绍。根据原理和结构2个方面,比较分析了电液复合式、肘杆式、电动式、混合驱动式合模装置对注塑机效率和制品精度的影响,在此基础上,阐述了全电动精密注塑机及其合模装置的发展趋势——在保持节能、环保、高效、精密的前提下,进一步优化合模速度、锁模压力以及整机尺寸。 |

Energy saving, clean, low noise and good control performance are the characteristics of all electric Precise Injection Molding Machines. It will be the mainstream equipment in the injection molding industry. Based on the structural features, the all electric precise injection molding machines developed recently in China were introduced. Based on two aspects of principle and structure, the influences of electric hydraulic hybrid type, elbow pole type,electrodynamic type and hybrid drive type clamping units on the efficiency of injection machines and products accuracy were compared and analyzed. At last, the developing trend of the all electric precise injection molding machines and clamping units were expouned, thus the optimum closing speed, locking pressure and overall dimension could be obtained based on energy conservation,environmental protection, high efficiency and precision. |
