模态置信度准则(MAC)是判断有限元模型正确性的有效方法,文章分别在固定结合面和非固定结合面下建立平面磨床的有限元模型,并利用有限元软件对之进行模态分析。同时,对平面磨床进行试验测试其模态,再以模态置信度准则分别前者进行判断。通过相关性分析得知,运用理论建模和试验测试相结合的方式建立的非固定结合面下的有限元模型具有更高的准确性。 |

Modal Assurance Criteria (MAC) is an effective method to evaluate the correctness of a finite element model, the paper built surface grinding machine finite element model based on fixed inter surface and non fixed inter surface, and carried out modal analyzed by finite element software. Meanwhile, dynamic tested the surface grinding modal, then evaluated the two models by MAC. By correlative analysis, the non fixed inter surface model,which is established by theoretical modeling and combined with the experimental testing,has a higher accuracy. |
