为研究液流悬浮抛光加工中凹槽型抛光工具/工件之间流体抛光液的非定常流动特性,基于滑移网格和RNG κ ε湍流模型计算加工区域内的非定常流动。计算结果表明:在一个周期内,抛光工具凹槽相对于工件的位置不同,其内的速度与压力分布呈周期性变化;当凹槽转过最小间隙处时,最大流体动压力出现先增大后减小的变化规律,表现出明显的非定常特性。通过实验研究,得出最小间隙附近区域材料去除最为明显,与仿真结果相一致。 |

To study the unsteady characteristics caused by interaction between the grooved polishing tool and the workpiece, the paper calculated the unsteady flow field of polishing area based on sliding mesh and RNG κ ε turbulence model.It was found that the velocity and pressure periodic change with the position change of the grooves and the workpiece surface in a certain periodic time, and when the grooves rotate across the minimum gap, appears the maximum flow pressure with increasing first, and then decreasing changing regularity and shows its unsteady characteristics obviously. The results of experiments show that the material removing rate occurred around the minimal area is most obviously , which goes with the simulative results. |
