为保证隧道式洗衣机洗涤过程连续顺畅及洗涤效果良好,利用SolidWorks软件建立多种内滚筒设计模型,并对比各种方案的优缺点。在确定一种底部内滚筒设计方式的情况下,利用HyperMesh软件对内滚筒三维模型网格化,施加静力载荷及相关约束,然后进行有限元分析。结果表明:应力云图及位移云图验证此创新结构设计满足强度及刚度要求,故而可以指导国内首创的底部传送隧道式洗衣机的加工生产。 |

To ensure the continuous washing process and good washing effect of tunnel continuous washer, various design models of internal roller were set up by using the software SolidWorks, the advantages and disadvantages of their solutions were contrasted. While determining a design method of bottom internal roller, used the software HyperMesh to 3D model grid the internal roller, with appling static load and related constraints to begin the finite element analysis of the structure. The results show that the stress and displacement cloud map prove that this new structure meets the requirement of strength and rigidity , so it can guide the first national production of bottom transmission tunnel washer. |
