为了使磁悬浮转子在高速旋转时不会发生共振,运用有限元分析软件建立了转子和基体的有限元模型,采用Block Lanczos法计算了其前10阶固有频率和振型。研究结果表明,转子和基体的固有频率相差很大,基体受力变形只有微米级,不会对转子的正常工作产生影响,该有限元模型为柔性转子的设计和优化提供参考价值。 |

In order to avoid resonance of the magnetic suspension rotor on high speed revolution,the finite element models of the rotor and frame were established by the finite element analysis software. Initial ten order natural frequencies and vibration model shapes were calculated by method of Block Lanczos. The analysis results show that the difference between natural frequencies of the rotor and frame are obvious but deformation of the frame is limited in micrometer grade which can′t influence the regular work of the rotor.The finite element model provides reference value for the design and optimum of the flexible rotor. |
