片基带分切机是用于对片基带进行定规格裁剪的加工设备。为了提高分切加工时纵切的加工质量和加工效率,从材料力学的角度出发,通过研究刀架的受力情况建立纵切六角杆的扭矩的数学模型。借助MATLAB数学软件对所做模型进行最优化求解。研究结果表明,利用此方法得到了设计所需的最优参数,最终使片基带纵切刀架处于最佳工作状态。 |

The baseband belt slitting machine is mainly used for slitting a basebabd belt to the right size. In order to improve the processing quality and efficiency to study from the material mechanics, the paper carried out the stress analysis of the slitting part, and built the mathematical model of the longitudinal slitting hex shaft torque, and optimally solved the mathematical model based on the MATLAB. The research results show that the optimal designing paramenters were obtained by this method, thus may lead to the longitudinal slitting flame of the baseband belt slitting machine working in the optimal condition. |
