章综述了塑料模具材料的主要服役条件和失效形式,分别从发展塑料模具材料本身和发展模具表面技术2个方面介绍了塑料模具材料发展现状,并研究指出结合稀土表面技术和纳米表面技术制备的新型塑料模具复合镀层材料能显著提高模具的耐磨性、耐蚀性,降低模具材料的使用成本,具有广阔的发展应用前景。同时提出了采用高能球磨和粉末冶金技术相结合的制备工艺思路。 |

The main service conditions and failure modes of plastic mold materials were summarized in this paper. The development status of plastic mold materials was introduced from plastic mold material itself and mold surface technology respectively. This paper also indicates a new composite coating material combined with rare earth and nano surface technology, which can significantly improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance, reduce the cost of mold material and has a broad development prospect. The preparation processing thinking which combines with high energy ball milling and powder metallurgy is also proposed. |
