      研究了阴离子松香胶 聚合氯化铝体系对再生浆纸页的施胶效果,主要考察了阴离子分散松香胶、聚合氯化铝和阳离子淀粉等用量对所抄纸张性能的影响。得出以下结论:纸张的吸收性随阴离子分散松香胶用量的增加呈单一下降趋势,随PAC和CS用量表现为先降后升的趋势,原因在于PAC和CS用量过多时,它们的正电荷对胶料留着产生排斥作用,降低施胶效果。纸张撕裂指数随着施胶效果的提升,表现为先上升后趋于平衡。而抗张指数随施胶呈现复杂的变化关系,原因在于浆内施胶影响到了纤维的结合强度。
英文摘要:
      The sizing effect with anionic rosin emulsion/PAC on recycled pulp was investigated, and the main influencing factor such as the content of anionic rosin emulsion, PAC and CS were discussed according paper performance. As results that showed that the imbibing performance of the paper displayed a single down trend with the content of anionic rosin emulsion increasing and showed the trend first drop then increase with the dosage of PAC and CS. The reason was that when the dosages of PAC and CS were too much, their positive charge had rejected effect and reduced the sizing effect. Tear index of paper showed the trend first increase then steady. However the tensile index following with sizing displayed complex change, the reason was that internal sizing would affect the bonding strength of the fiber.
