大型注塑机由于机械尺寸大、输入输出信号多、分体运输等特点,存在电缆用量大、电缆布设及调试检修困难、电器需要现场快速接插等问题。本课题通过分析研究大型注塑机信号走线的规律,提出应用基于CAN总线技术的分布式控制系统,不仅在大型注塑机上成功克服了上述问题,并且还具有降低成本、节省工时、提高产品可靠性等优点。 |

Due to the large mechanical size, more I/O signals, separated transportation, the large injection molding machines always use large amount of cable and it causes the difficulties for laying and maintenance.Through the analysis of wiring pattern on large injection molding machines, this paper proposed distributed control system based on CAN Bus, which successfully overcomes the difficulties with many advantages, such as lower cost, time saving and improving product reliability etc. |
