金字塔点阵复合材料是一种轻质、高强的新型材料,又具有隔热、隔振和电子屏蔽等多功能可设计性,是极具潜力的先进多功能材料。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立金字塔点阵结构平压和剪切模型,分析等效平压和剪切性能。进而建立含多层铺层的点阵复合材料力学模型,通过理论值计算其平压模量和剪切模量,用ABAQUS计算等效平压刚度和剪切刚度,得出平压和剪切模量,并与理论解对比验证数值分析的正确性。对于对称铺层的点阵复合材料结构,改变铺层层数、铺层角度,倾斜角等多种几何工艺条件,采用ABAQUS数值分析平压模量和剪切模量,得到相应的优化结果。 |

Pyramid lattice composite material is a new lightweight and high strength material, which shows the extremely potential application for its advanced multi function properties including the thermal insulation, vibration isolation and electronic shielding, etc. The flat compression and shear model of the pyramid lattice cell is established with the finite element software ABAQUS to analysis the equivalent flat compression and shear performances. The theoretical results of the flat compression and shear modulus are calculated after setting up the multi ply lattice composite model, and compared with the numerical results of the equivalent flat compression and shear modulus depending on the flat compression and shear stiffness from ABAQUS. The correction of the numerical simulation is verified. Then, for the symmetrical ply lattice composite structure, the optimal results of different layer number, ply angle and tilt angle are obtained for flat compression and shear model through the numerical simulation by the finite element software ABAQUS. |
