针对单晶炉投料量不足而导致单炉产量低、石英坩埚寿命短等缺点，提出二次增料技术，并设计了单晶炉二次增料装置的机械结构。在设计二次增料装置时，采用了一种“无金属底盖”的设计思路，完成具有拉杆外置、内筒由2个半圆筒组成为特点的结构设计。实践表明：该装置结构新颖实用、可操作性强，可使单晶炉每月单炉的产量提高20%，具有一定的推广价值。

英文摘要:

For single crystal furnace's low production by the cause of quartz crucible short life and other shortcomings, the structure of single crystal furnace and secondary casing technology was outlined. and then the secondary casing structure was designed. In the design of the secondary casing device, a " no metal bottom cover" method was proposed, and the mechanical structure was designed with characteristics of a pull rod external cylinder and the inner cylinder which was composed of two semicylinders. The results show that the structure of the device is novel and practical, and the maneuverability is easy. It can make the single crystal furnace monthly output increased by 20% , and has a certain popularization value.
