有无复合陶瓷涂层在SBF溶液中的腐蚀和应力腐蚀行为。研究结果表明:复合陶瓷涂层能提高A23IB镁合金在SBF溶
液的耐蚀性能,但是对A23IB镁合金在SBF溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性影响甚微。 |

ln order to study the effect of micro arc oxidation-electrophoretic deposition composite ceramic coating on the
stress corrosion behavior of magnesium alloy in simulated body fluid, a composite ceramic coating was produced on the
A23IB magnesium alloy by using micro arc oxidation-electrophoretic deposition hybrid treatment. Electrochemical test
and slow strain rate tensile test was used to study the corrosion and stress corrosion behavior with or without coated
specimens in simulated body fluid. The results show that composite ceramic coating can improve the corrosion resistance
of A23IB magnesium alloy, but it has little effect on the stress corrosion sensitivity of A23IB magnesium alloy in
simulated body fluid. |
