手机外壳外表面要求高,扣位多而尺寸小,结构复杂,是手机模具研制中的关键。运用UG、AutoCAD软件设计一
个翻盖手机外壳注塑模具,根据塑件结构,阐述了浇注系统、侧抽芯机构以及顶针与模仁等模具设计要点。侧抽芯机构
为该模具设计难点,共设有5个滑决机构和7个单边导滑的斜顶机构。其中,2个滑块机构由斜导柱驱动的定模滑块成
型2个内侧转轴孔,这2个滑决共用1个楔紧块。采用一模一腔,三板模结构,共设3个浇口以迅速均匀填充。采用镶
决式的组合式型芯模仁以便于加工利于排气。该模具设计思路新颖,在保证塑件成型质量和效率的前提下,简化了模具
结构,降低加工和维修难度。 |

Phone shell became the key to mobile phones in the mould designing for its high surface requirement, more
hasps and complicated structure. An injection mold was designed for a clamshell phone shell using UG and AutoCAD
software. This paper analyzed the structure of the plastic part, discussed the main mold design points for feed system,
side core-pulling mechanism, ejectors and mold inserts. The mold was provided with 5 slider mechanism and 7 lifters
with unilateral sliding guide. Among them, 2 slider blocks were driven by the inclined guide pillar separately on the
fixed mold surface. as to mould two rotating shaft holes. They shared a wedging block between the two slider blocks.
Mold adopted one module one cavity, three-plate mold structure. Three gates were set up as to fill the cavity in a quick
and balanced way. For case of processing and exhausting , inlaying modular core was applied. This mold design idea was
novel. And under the premise of ensuring products quality and molding efficiency, mould structure was simplified, and
processing and maintaining difficulty was reduced. |
