为解决单座阀阀杆实际锻造生产中预锻坯料摆放定位不准的问题,课题组提出了开设等效阻力墙的模具优化方案。基于响应面法对坯料初始温度、飞边厚度及等效阻力墙高度3个参数进行了优化设计,分析了各参数分别对最大模具应力和模具磨损深度的影响规律,确定了最佳参数组合为:初始坯料温度1 150 ℃,飞边厚度6 mm,等效阻力墙高度2.45 mm,对应的模具磨损深度的期望值为5.67×10-5 mm,模拟验证值为6.24×10-5 mm,优化目标相比优化前均有明显改善。课题组通过试验验证了优化结果的可靠性。 |

In order to solve the single seat valve stem actual forging production of pre forging billet arrangement positioning problem, a die optimization scheme of setup an equivalent resistance wall was proposed. The response surface method to optimize the design of the initial temperature of billet, edge thickness and equivalent resistance wall height of three parameters based on the analysis of the parameters of the maximum die stress and wear depth, the optimum combination of parameters: the initial billet temperature 1 150 ℃, the edge thickness of 6 mm, the equivalent resistance wall height of 2.45 mm, the depth of die wear corresponding to the expected value 5.67×10-5 mm, simulation value 6.24×10-5 mm, the optimization goal was significantly improved. Finally, the reliability of the optimization results is verified by experiments. |
