针对风机静压箱设计难度大、柔性差和图形难修改等问题,课题组采用自顶向下(top down)设计方法,建立静压箱3D骨架模型,借助该模型实现对静压箱各零件的装配约束。并以SolidWorks的宏录制功能为二次开发工具,利用Visual Basic语言开发集静压箱三维装配模型与二维工程图于一体的交互式参数化设计系统,实现了静压箱的设计自动化。实验证明,该系统可根据工程实际需求方便快捷地对风机静压箱进行设计与修改,极大地提高了开发效率。该方法也将为众多领域的产品研发设计提供参考。 |

In view of the problems of difficult, poor flexibility and difficult modification of graphics of fan static pressure box, the top down design method was used to establish the 3D skeleton model of the static pressure box, and the parts of the static pressure box were constrainted by the model. With the macro recording function of SolidWorks as the secondary development tool, the interactive parameterized design system integrating the three dimensional assembly model of static pressure box and two dimensional engineering drawing was developed by using Visual Basic language, and the design automation of static pressure box was realized. The experiment proves that the system can design and modify the static pressure box of the fan conveniently and quickly according to the actual needs of the project, which greatly improves the development efficiency. At the same time, this method will also provide reference for product development and design in many fields. |
