      针对目前工业大型苏氨酸发酵罐搅拌设备在设计过程中依赖传统经验的现状,课题组基于CFD技术模拟了发酵罐内不同搅拌桨组合下的搅拌流场,根据模拟试验结果,为设计提供数据支持。从模拟结果中提取了罐内底桨处的流速大小分布情况,同时研究了罐内特征线上的流速分布情况;利用Patch方法,研究了搅拌流场的混合时间,试验给出了搅拌桨功率,结合二者分析了搅拌桨组合的混合效率。结果表明上3层搅拌桨选用3斜直叶桨,底层桨选用6叶前抛物线式圆盘涡轮桨的搅拌组合为较优组合。模拟试验结果及分析为苏氨酸发酵罐搅拌器的设计提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      In view of the lack of certain theoretical calculations in the design process of industrial large scale threonine fermenter mixing equipment, the stirring flow field under different mixing paddles in the fermenter was simulated by CFD technology. According to the simulation test results, some data support was provided. The velocity distribution at the bottom of the propeller in the tank was extracted from the simulation results, and the velocity distribution on the characteristic line in the tank was also studied.The mixing time of agitating flow field was studied by Patch method. The power of agitating impeller was given by experiment. The mixing efficiency of agitating impeller combination was analyzed by combining the two methods.The results show that the mixing combinations of the upper three layer impeller and the bottom impeller with the six blade front parabolic disk impeller are the optimal combination. The simulation results and analysis provide a reference for the design of the stirrer of threonine fermentation tank.
