为了探究一种无挡板的螺旋型静态混合器内气泡破碎的机理,课题组构建群平衡模型并求解了螺旋静态混合器内的气泡群及液体的两相流动;研究了装置中的气泡运动和尺寸分布规律。结果表明:螺旋静态混合器中气泡在螺旋结构的流道中会发生破碎,与实验结果一致;气泡破碎主要由连续台阶流动形成的强水动剪切造成的,气泡直径变化随台阶高度的增加而变大,但达到一定值后增强作用不再变化;气泡的平均直径沿径向呈钟形分布,并且随着流动发展越来越小。螺旋静态混合器能增强气液相间的混合。 |

In order to explore the mechanism of bubble breakage in a spiral static mixer without baffle, a group equilibrium model was constructed. The two phase flow of bubble groups and liquids in a spiral static mixer were solved. The bubble evolution and size distribution in the device were studied. The results show that the bubbles in the spiral static mixer break into smaller size through the spiral runner which is consistent with the result of experiments. Bubble breakage is mainly caused by strong hydrodynamic shear formed by continuous step flow, and the change of bubble diameter increases with the increase of the step height, but the enhancement will not change after reaching a certain value. The average diameter of the bubbles is distributed in a bell shape in the radial direction and becomes smaller as the flow develops. The spiral static mixer enhances mixing between the gas and liquid phases. |
