      针对窄间隙摆动电弧焊接在不同工艺下熔池演变差异较大的问题,课题组以实际摆动电弧窄间隙焊接工艺为依据,综合考虑窄间隙焊缝的几何形貌对热源加载的影响,建立了70 mm厚板多层单道焊接数值模型;利用ABAQUS模拟了不同工艺条件下熔池的形成过程及熔池横断面熔合线走向规律。实验结果表明:电弧摆动频率为0.7 Hz时,使用17 V电压及180 A电流焊接,单层焊缝会出现重熔现象,电弧运动状态对熔池形态影响较大;使用30 V电压及340 A电流焊接,熔池形态变化较小,熔合线走向平缓,电弧运动状态对熔池形态影响较小。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problem of large differences in the evolution of the molten pool under different processes of narrow gap swing arc welding, a numerical model for multi layer single pass welding of 70 mm thick plates was established based on the actual swing arc narrow gap welding process and the comprehensive consideration of the influence of the geometry of the narrow gap weld on the heat source loading. The formation process of the molten pool and the trend of the fusion line of the cross section of the molten pool were simulated under different technological conditions. The experimental results show that the single layer weld will be re melted by using the 17 V voltage and 180 A current for welding when the arc swing frequency is 0.7 Hz, and the arc movement state has a greater influence on the shape of the molten pool. Welding with a voltage of 30 V voltage and a current of 340 A, the shape of the molten pool changes little, the fusion line moves smoothly, and the arc motion state has little effect on the shape of the molten pool.
