      为了在工程实际应用中将制冷机冷头温度波幅抑制到10 mK以下,课题组基于热阻法在制冷机冷头和测温铜块之间增加不锈钢(热阻)来抑制其温度波动。以吉福德 麦克马洪循环制冷机(GM制冷机)为冷源搭建了温控实验台,对不同厚度和叠片方式的不锈钢片的抑制效果进行实验研究和定量分析。研究表明:在3~4 K温区随着总传热热阻的增加,测温铜块温度波动随之减小,温差增大。对本实验对象及工况而言,采用10片1 mm厚度的不锈钢片可实现在冷头温度3.31 K时,测温铜块温度波幅可降低至8 mK,此时测温铜块和冷头温差为102 mK。
英文摘要:
      The Practical engineering applications need to suppress temperature fluctuation of cold head of the refrigerator to below 10 mK. In order to achieve the goal, stainless steel (thermal resistance) was added between cold head and copper block based on the thermal resistance method to suppress temperature fluctuations. A temperature control experiment platform was built by using the Gifford McMahon refrigerator (GM refrigerator) as the cold source. The temperature fluctuation suppression effect of the stainless steel sheets with different thicknesses and lamination methods was experimentally studied and quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results show that the temperature fluctuation of the temperature measuring copper block decreases and the temperature difference increases with the increase of the total heat transfer resistance in the temperature range of 3-4 K. For this experimental objects and working conditions, the temperature fluctuation is reduced to 8 mK when the cold head temperature is 3.31 K by using 10 stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 1 mm, and the temperature difference between copper block and cold head is 102 mK.
