      为了降低纱罗组织在生产过程中的断经率,课题组以针排式伺服绞织综框驱动机构为对象,运用矢量法开展机构运动学研究。课题组建立了求解综框运动规律数学模型,并建立三维模型进行验证分析;依据绞织工艺需求,提出了综框理想的运动规律,指明现有机构缺陷;以减少钢针对经纱的摩擦为目标,创新机构构型,优化伺服电机转角相对织机主轴转角的运动规律,削弱棕框纵向运动与横向运动的位置关联度。研究结果表明:优化后针排纵向运动与横向运动在运动时间上的有效配合,能够在满足织造工艺要求的同时避免经纱与钢针的摩擦,从而减少断经,提高了纱罗织物的生产效率。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the rate of warp breakage of leno weave in production process, needle row servo twisted heald frame drive mechanism was used as the object, the kinematics research of the mechanism was carried out using the vector method, the mathematical model for solving the motion law of heald frame was established, and a three dimensional model was established for verification and analysis. According to the requirements of the twisting process, the ideal motion law of the heald frame was put forward, indicating the defects of the existing mechanism. Aiming to reduce the friction of steel needle against the warp yarns,the structure of the mechanism was innovated, the motion law of the servo motor rotation angle relative to the loom main shaft rotation angle was optimized, and the position correlation between the longitudinal movement and the lateral movement of the brown frame was weakened. The results show that the optimized combination of the longitudinal movement and the lateral movement of the needle row in the movement time can meet the requirements of the weaving process while avoiding the friction between the warp yarn and the steel needle, thereby reducing warp breaks and improving the production efficiency of leno fabrics.
