      为了降低工业生产中钛合金激光沉积的成本,提高材料的利用率与形状自由度,课题组使用光纤激光器以通过电阻点焊方式预置的TC4金属条为原料进行了单层与多层的激光沉积,并通过超景深光学显微镜观察分析沉积层中的显微组织。研究结果表明:单层试样(A1)与多层试样(A2)的沉积层与基体间均实现了良好的冶金结合,结合处无明显缺陷;单层与多层试样中出现的多种组织相似但含量有所不同,A1的沉积层组织中出现最多为长针状α′相、条状α相以及晶间β相;A2中出现最多组织则为呈鱼骨状生长的α相与针状α′相及晶间β相,此外A2中有少量偏析情况出现。总体而言A2试样显微组织更为优异,但沉积层中存在由于多层堆叠形成的少量气孔与冷裂纹。

      In order to reduce the cost of laser deposition of titanium alloy in industrial production and improve utilization and shape free degree of material, single layer and multi layer laser deposition layers were prepared by using fiber laser with TC4 metal strips preseted on the substrate by resistance spot welding as raw material. Microstructure of the deposited layer was observed and analysed by ultra depth of field optical microscope. The results show that good metallurgical bonding is achieved between the deposited layer and the substrate both of single layer sample (A1) and multi layer sample (A2), and no obvious defects appear in the joint. Various similar structures appear in single layer and multi layer samples but with different content. Long acicular α′ phase, strip α phase and intergranular β are the main structure in the A1 sample. And fish bone like α phase and acicular α′ phase and intergranular β are the main structure in the A2 sample, and minor segregation is observed in A2 sample. The microstructure of A2 sample shows better morphology on the whole, however there are some pores and cold cracks in the deposited layer due to multi layer stacking.
