      为解决某型电动汽车电池箱在行驶中发生共振的问题,课题组对该动力电池箱进行有限元建模与模态分析,求解出动力电池箱的模态频率和振型;求解结果与模态试验结果对比分析,验证了有限元模态仿真是准确的。为避免车轮不平衡激励而产生的共振,课题组提出了3种电池箱结构优化方案。仿真分析表明,更改底板材料和增加纵梁结构的方案既实现了结构轻量化,又避免了因路面不平度对动力电池箱产生的共振。该研究为动力电池箱结构的设计与结构优化提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem of common vibration of a certain type of electric vehicle battery box during driving, finite element modeling and modal analysis of the power battery box were carried out by the research group, and the modal frequency and vibration mode of the power battery box were obtained. The accuracy of the finite element mode simulation was verified by comparison between the solution results and the modal test results. In order to avoid the resonance of the power battery box due to the unbalanced excitation of the wheel, three structural optimization schemes were proposed. The simulation analysis shows that the scheme of changing the material of the bottom plate and increasing the structure of the longitudinal beam can not only achieve the weight reduction of the structure ,but also avoid the resonance of the power battery box due to the unevenness of the road surface. This research provides a reference for the design and structural optimization of electric vehicle battery box structure.
