推纸部件是切纸机的重要性能部件。推纸部件的结构和运动性能直接关系着裁切的准确性、稳定性及整机工作效率。文章通过Pro/E三维仿真软件对推纸部件进行设计,并运用Pro/E的运动/动力学分析模块Mechanism对其进行运动仿真分析,运用有限元分析模块Mechanica进行结构分析。根据分析结果,评测证明所研究机型的推纸部件满足对纸张推动灵活平稳、到位准确的基本要求。文章对切纸机推纸部件的结构改进和优化研究提供了理论指导。 |

Paper pushing component is an important property component of cutting machine. The structure and motion property of paper pushing component are closely related to the cutting accuracy, stability and efficiency of the whole machine. In this paper, paper pushing component is designed through Pro/E 3D simulation software, and using the motion/dynamics analysis module Mechanism for the motion simulation analysis, using the finite element analysis module Mechanica for the structural analysis. According to the result of the analysis, it evaluated and showed that the paper pushing component of the machine studied can meet the basic requirement of promoting paper flexibility, steadily and arrived in place accurately. This paper provides the theoretical guidance for improving structure and studying optimization of paper arriving component of cutting machine. |
