V形槽、双V形槽、偏心盘研磨方式仍是生产球的主要研磨方式,但是它们受到人为因素的影响,一致性和稳定性较差,加工成本高,难以获得高球度的硬质材料球,使硬质材料球的应用仍受到限制,为此针对现有方法提出一种改进方法:新型双自转研磨方式。从研磨过程中球坯的位移、速度和角速度的分析并对现有方法的比较后,得出该方法可大幅度提高球坯的研磨精度和稳定性。 |

Lapping methods of “V” slot, double “V” slot and eccentric plate have been the main methods to produce sphere. However, they are under the influence of human factor, which leads to bad consistence and stability with high processing cost. So a sphere with hard material and high precision is hard to be produced. Aiming at existence method an improvement method called double rotation lapping has been put forward. After analyzing the performances (such as displacement, velocity and angular velocity of sphere base) and comparing with present methods, the new methods remarkably improve lapping accuracy and stability. |
