在高压容器筒体与封头连接区,由于几何形状的不连续容易产生应力集中并伴随有疲劳现象,因此对此类部件进行疲劳寿命评估是分析设计的一个重点。文章首先利用有限元软件对该结构进行了计算,结果显示在过渡段与筒体的连接处应力值最大。并针对该应力条件,参照JB4732 95对该部件进行了疲劳计算。最后通过有限元结构疲劳分析加以验证。 |

In the cylinder pressure vessel with head connected area, because the geometry of the discontinuous prone to produce stress concentration and result in fatigue phenomenon of such parts, so assessment the fatigue life of such part is the key point in analysis design. Firstly, this structure are calculated by using finite element software, the result indicates that the cylinder of maximum stress occurs in the transition position . According to the code of JB4732-95,the fatigue endurance are calculated for this location. Finally,the result are validated by ANSYS fatigue analysis. |
