从内螺旋曲面的空间包络原理、包络轨迹的合成等方面研究内螺旋曲面的加工原理与工艺方法,将转子作为刀具,定子作为工件,强迫其实现自转,公转以及进给运动,最终由转子刀具加工出定子内螺旋曲面,以达到设计目的。提出并论证了新的加工方法,进一步扩展了内孔加工方法。此刀具有可数字控制变径的特点,能实现内螺旋曲面的加工。这一新方法的提出为内螺旋孔的加工和相应机床的研制提供了理论基础。通过此刀具的应用,实现用相对简单的设备、较高的通用性,完成内螺旋曲面的加工,效果较好。 |

Based on the space envelope principle of inner spiral curved surface and the synthesis of envelope trajectory, etc., the paper studied inner spiral curved surface processing principles and process methods in which taking rotor as a tool and the stator as the work piece, forced the tool to achieve rotation, revolution and the feed motion. Finally, the inner spiral curved surface of stator were processed by the rotor tool. The paper also proposed and demonstrated a new processing method and provided the further way to processing the inner spiral hole. This tool has the characteristic of adjusting diameter with digital control to meet the the helical surface processing demands. All the achievements would provide theoretic reference to the design of these kinds of Processing and design of machine. Experiments had been done to illustrate that the equipment is simple and has high versatility. The processing of inner spiral curved surface can be finished in high quality and efficiency. |
