曲轴是往复泵关键的运动受力元件,精确计算其应力应变十分重要。文章以某5缸单作用往复泵的曲轴为研究对象,采用Proe2.0进行了三维实体建模,运用Ansys10.0对其进行有限元分析,得出了2支承与4支承结构下的整体曲轴应力分布与变形情况。经验证这2种支承结构下的曲轴刚度和强度均符合要求,且4支承曲轴的受力与变形情况得到明显改善。分析结果为曲轴的设计和新型高效往复泵的研发提供理论参考与技术支持。 |

The crankshaft is a critical power transferring component in the reciprocating pump, so it is very important to calculate its stress-strain condition precisely. In this paper, taking a crankshaft of a five-cylinder single acting reciprocating pump as its study subject, establishing three dimension solid model of this crankshaft via the software Pro 20 and proceeded FEA with Ansys 10.0 to obtain the stress-strain condition under two supporting and four supporting structure. It is proved that both the stiffness and strength of crankshaft under these two kinds of supporting structures meet the requirements, the force and deformation conditions greatly improved on the four supporting crankshaft. Through the above mentioned research, this paper obtained some useful information that may provide the theoretical reference and technical support for the design of crankshaft and new type high-performance reciprocating pump. |
