中文摘要:

网络化制造是未来的先进制造模式，而产品生命周期管理(Product Life cycle Management，PLM)是针对制造业的扩展型企业解决方案。对网络化制造下食品机械产品生命周期管理的需求进行了具体分析，提出面向产品生命周期管理的网络化制造模式下的特点，在此基础上,总结出实现此种模式的关键技术：食品机械建模数字化与仿真技术、基于PLM的工作流程管理、协同工作技术等。

英文摘要:

Network manufacturing is an advanced manufacture pattern in the future, and product life cycle management is a solution plan for expansion enterprise of manufacturing industry. The paper analyzed requirements of PLM for network manufacturing, and proposed its characteristics, on this basis, summarized the key technologies: digited building the model of food machinery and its simulation technique; the production management based on PLM; associated working technique etc.
