磁力驱动机构是一种新型的传递力或力矩(功率)的环保机构。当磁力驱动机构在高速运转的时候,金属隔离套将产生涡流损耗,涡流损耗是磁力驱动机构在设计时必须考虑的重要问题,而且它的影响因素也多。在实际中实验测试不断地改变结构参数非常麻烦,而且不容易测量。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,通过不断改变转速、气隙大小、隔离套厚度以及隔离套电阻率、磁极厚度等参数来确定各参数对涡流损耗的影响。便于磁力驱动机构的优化设计。 |

The magnetic driver is a new kind of environmental protection device that can transfer force or moment. When magnetic driver is in high-speed, in the isolation set will occur eddy current loss. It is key point with many factors to be considered in the designing of the magnetic driver. During the experiments,it is very difficult to change the construction parameters and to measure the eddy-current loss. By using the ANSYAS software to change the speed, air gap, the thickness of the isolation set, the resistivity of the isolation set and the pole thickness to obtain the result and the relationship of the parameters and the eddy current loss,thus provide the basis to optimization design of the magnetic driver. |
