汽车零部件可重构力学试验台支持用户改变系统结构实现功能重组,适应于产品快速转型的生产环境。试验台以作动和测量的运动方式划分模块,文章据此建立了具有软硬件同粒度横向并列式结构的试验台测控系统构架,设计了相应硬件和软件结构,最后开发了基于Labview的软件系统。 |

Reconfigurable mechanical test platform of automobile parts and components supports the change of system structure and the reconfiguration of function by customers, and adapts to the manufacturing environment that the products′types are rapidly transferred. Reconfigurable mechanical test platform was divided into modules according to actuating measuring modes. The structure of measurement and control system with same sized software and hardware parallel in horizontal direction was established. The hardware and software structures were designed respectively and the programs based on Labview were developed. |
