建立了某型号太阳能热水器安装支架力学分析模型,并针对其2种改进方案,利用专业大型CAE软件ANSYS Workbench,以最大等效应力最小为优化设计目标,以增加的连接杆的位置为设计变量,进行了分析对比和优化设计,确定了该支架的优化方案及连接杆最合理的位置。在AWE环境下Design Modeler模块中对支架进行三维建模;借助于这个模型,在AWE的Design Simulations模块中进行网格划分和约束载荷的施加;在此基础上并行地对支架进行了静力条件下的应力应变求解,最后在DesignXplorer完成优化设计。 |

The mechanics analysis model of solar energy water heater′s support was set up. Using special CAE software ANSYS Workbench, setting the target of getting minimum maximum equivalent stresses, and taking the location of connecting rode as variable, the paper proceeded analysis comparing and optimization design,to assure the optimal plan of the support and reasonable location of the connecting rode.The three dimensional model of the support was finished by Design modeler in AWE, with the help of this modeling,proceeding the meshed dividing adding restricted loading in design simulation and based on it,proceeded the stress strain of the support in the static condition parallely. At last the optimal design was completed in DesignXplorer. |
