针对印章检测时其2万次耐磨性测试中存在的速度慢、效率低、稳定性差等问题,文章提出了一种基于PLC程序控制的印章耐磨性检测方法。并通过采用气动元件执行机构、步进电机驱动装置和触摸屏人机界面等软硬件,设计制造了相应的全自动印章综合寿命试验机。介绍了该试验机的机械结构原理和控制系统软硬件设计及整机试验研究,测试结果表明:该设备能够完全满足公安部《印章治安管理办法》中关于印章耐磨性的检测试验要求,并大大提高印章的检测效率和检测结果的可靠性。 |

Aiming at the inadequate of slow, inefficient and unstable for twenty thousand times of seal wear testing method, this paper proposed a seal wear testing method based on process control of PLC, through the use of pneumatic components for implementing structure, stepper motor drive and touch screen for man machine interface, designed and manufactured the integrated automatic testing machine for seal′slifespan, as well as described the mechanical structure, control system hardware and software and experimental research. Study results show that the equipment can meet the demands of Ministry of Public Security listed in Seal public order administration information systemabout the detection of seal wearability, and greatly improve the efficiency of seal detection and the reliability of test results. |
