针对注塑机螺杆在塑化状态下的失效情况,进行结构和受力分析,确定螺杆的工作应力为脉动循环交变应力。分析目前螺杆按静强度理论的计算不足,并提出按疲劳强度理论对螺杆受扭压复合变应力进行精确可靠性计算的方法。通过实例对上述计算方法作出对比分析,计算表明该方法能够使螺杆的强度计算符合实际应用。结果表明对螺杆进行可靠的受力分析并建立精确计算模式,对注塑机螺杆强度的评价方法提供了一定的理论依据。 |

Focusing on the charging failure condition of the IMM′s screw under the plastic condition, the paper proceeded to the structural and stress analysis to determine the screw working stress which is the pulse cycle alternating stress, and analyzed the shortage in calculating screw stress with the Static strength theory, thus proposed a method for accurate and reliability calculation of the torsion and press complex based on variable stress in screw as the Fatigue Strength Theory. Through comparative analysis of the above calculate method, the calculations show that this calculate method can make the calculation of the screw strength accord with the practical application. The results show that the reliable stress analysis of the screw and the establishment of the accurate calculate model can give some theoretical basis to the strength evaluation method of the IMM′s screw. |
