为了适应机械手对工作可靠性、灵敏性及自动控制等方面的要求,提出了用液压传动和PLC控制的设计方案,采用整体化的设计思想,充分考虑软、硬件各自的特点并进行互补优化。在其驱动系统中采用液压传动,控制系统中选择PLC的控制单元,来实现机械手的左右回转、上下升降及伸缩,手指的夹紧、松开等功能,完成了一种简单、易于实现、意义明确的设计方案。 |

:In order to meet the manipulator working reguirements for the hydraulic, sensitivity and automatic control ect., using the hydraulic drive system, the paper presented the design of PLC control plan, with the integrative design idea and full consideration of hardware and software characteristics respectively and their complementary optimization. In its driven system, using hydraulic drive and PLC control unit in its control system to realize the manipulator turns left and right, up and down movements and stretching, finger clamping, release and other functions, thus the design plan with simple, easy to implement,clear meaning is completed. |
