为扩展普通测试系统的功能,开发出了新型制冷压缩机/冷凝机组综合性能测试系统。对该测试系统的实现方式进行了详细介绍,包括制冷系统、传感器的选择与布置、数据采集系统及软件的开发。基于此系统对国产制冷压缩机及冷凝机组进行了实际测试,结果表明测试装置不确定度在允许的范围内,国产压缩机/压缩冷凝机组的制冷能效比ηEER范围为1.4~2.7。 |

In order to expand the performance texting function, a new refrigeration compressor compress condensing complex testing system has been developed. In this paper, the design method of new performance testing system, including cooling system, the option disposition, and measuring points of sensors as well as development of software, hardware and software of data acquisition system were presented in detail. Based on it, a compressor compress condensing set manufactured in China was tested, the results show that the uncertainty is within the allowance and the cooling ηEER of them is between 1.4 and 2.7. |
