鉴于对滚柱转子泵设计采用传统方法设计存在设计周期长,效率低的问题,采用对滚柱转子泵进行参数化设计将大大提高产品的设计效率,利用VC++6.0,以UG为二次开发平台,生成参数化建模体系,达到快速设计该泵的目的。同时也为该泵今后的动力学分析、有限元分析、直接生成图纸奠定坚实基础。 |

In view of roller rotor pump design exists long design cycle and low efficiency by adopting the traditional design methods. The paper adopted parameterized design which will enhance the rotary pump production efficiency greatly,thus utilizing of VC++6. 0 and faking UG as the second developing platform, to get a system of parameterized modeling which can achieve the goal of quick design the pump. At the same time, it can construct better foundation for finite element analysis, immediate forming of the engineering drawing and Dynamics analysis. |
