通过对某减震器企业质量管理的实际需求进行分析，说明了构建MES环境下的可视化质量管理系统的必要性，并给出了该系统基本功能需求以及各模块功能和数据需求的详细内容，同时运用IDEF建模方法对该系统的功能模块进行了模型设计，为该企业建立基于MES的可视化质量管理系统奠定了基础。

英文摘要:

Though the analysis of the actual demand of quality management in a shock absorber enterprise，the necessity of building visual quality management system based on MES was expound. Requirement of basic module and function and data of each module about this system were analysed in detail. Meanwhile, the function module of this system was designed with IDEF，such a move could pave the way for building the visual quality management system.
