烘房的恒温区温度的均匀性对印制铁皮的质量好坏有着决定性的影响,应使温差范围≤3 ℃,当温差大于6 ℃时,肉眼就可以明显地看出印制铁皮的色差。利用三维软件Inventor建立烘房模型, CFD软件Fluent对烘房恒温区温度进行模拟,找出制约烘房温度均匀性的因素,并且设计几种不同喷嘴结构的烘房模型,分析比较不同喷嘴的烘房的内部温度分布情况,确定带有圆角过渡的圆形喷嘴的效果最优。 |

The quality of printed iron sheet is influenced by temperature uniformity in Iron Printing Chamber, the temperature variation should be below 3 ℃,when the temperature variation exceeds 6 ℃,it is obvious to find the color shading of iron sheet. Iron Printing Chamber, model was built through Inventor, Chamber temperature was simulated by CFD software Fluent to find out factors that influence temperature uniformity of the model. Iron Printing Chambers with several kinds of nozzle structure were designed and internal temperature distribution were analyzed and compared. It′s proved that the Iron Printing Chamber with circular bead is optimized. |
