口宽度h,的0.4倍;此外,通过对流场流动特性的分析得出,半圆形叶轮切割方法之所以有显著效果,是因为切割后叶轮
出口及蜗壳处的压力梯度和速度梯度较低,速度和压力分布要比模型泵内的分布更均匀,使得泵内混合冲击损失变小。 |

Aiming at the shortage of conventional impeller cutting methods. a new unconventional impeller cutting
method named semicircular cutting was presented and pump models modified by different unconventional impeller cutting
scheme were studied based on CFD numerical simulation and experimental investigation. The result indicates that
semicircular cutting can remove H-Q instability and improve pump head effectively. The optimum semicircular size is
given out for reference. The flow field analysis shows that after cutting pressure and velocity gradient at the impeller
outlet and volute are both smaller than that in model pump. The uniformity of flow is increased and impact loss is
reduced. which presents the significant effect of the semicircular cutting method. |
