Aiming at the danger of repeat-stroke of punch press when working under the condition of single stroke, the
paper analyzed drawbacks of normal monitoring anti-repeat device, put forward a new method of monitoring anti-repeat
device which is called a complementary monitoring method, and designed a monitoring model independent of punch
press PLC. The result reveals this method can effectively improve the reliability of repeat-stroke signal inspection, so
that to reduce the danger caused by missing inspection of repeat-stroke signal. |
