针对目前特殊分布板流化床实验测试技术的局限性及数据的不完全性,建立二维流化床欧拉一欧拉双流体模型,
采用标准K-8湍流模型对锥形非均匀分布板流化床进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:锥形(八形)分布板流化床风速分布
不均匀,在高风速区,高速气流携带固体颗粒以气泡形式自下而上运动,在低风速区,固体颗粒在自身重力作用下缓慢下
降,从而形成循环运动;在相同进口速度条件下,随着分布板倾斜角度的增加,锥形分布板流化床内气泡直径、固体颗粒
速度及床层膨胀高度都增加,流化床内气固混合特性得到了加强。综合考虑固体颗粒体积分数与速度,选择分布板倾斜
角度在20 -300之间较为合适。 |

Because of the limitations of testing technology and incompleteness of data in the experiment of the present
fluidized beds with specially distributed plates. the Euler-Euler two-fluid flow model for two-dimensional fluidized beds
was established and numerical simulations for fluidized beds with 人 -shaped distributor plate was conducted by using
standard K-E turbulent model. The results show that high velocity airstream takes solid particles moving upward from the
downside as bubbles. In areas with low airstream velocity, solid particles fall gradually with the effect of its gravity, and
then circulation generates for the fluidized beds with uneven air distributor plates. Under conditions of the same inlet
velocity, bubble diameter, velocity of solid particles and expansion height of beds all increase with the increment of the
inclined angle of air distributor plate, and the gas-solid mixing characteristics in 人一shaped fluidized beds are
strengthened. Summed up the solid particle concentration and velocity, selecting the inclined angle between 200 and 30。
of the distribution plate is more appropriate. |
