为了解决实际生产中注塑制品收缩性能难以控制的问题,采用正交试验方法,利用注塑成型模拟软件Moldflow
进行有限元数值模拟,得到不同工艺条件组合下的POM(聚甲醛)矩形长条试样成型收缩率的数值,以及模具温度、熔体
温度、注塑速率、保压时间、保压压力和冷却时间6个工艺参数对制品成型收缩率的影响及趋势。研究结果表明:保压时
间、熔体温度和模具温度是影响注塑制品成型收缩率较大的3个因素,对控制制品的收缩最为有效。 |

ln order to control the shrinkage of injection molding products in actual production, adopted the orthogonal
experimental design method. took advantage of injection molding software Moldflow for finite element numerical
simulation .obtained POM ( Polyoxyme-Thylene ) rectangular strip sample molding shrinkage value under the combination
of different process. Mold temperature .melt temperature , injection rate , packing time, packing pressure and cooling time
were presented to predict the shrinkage rate of the plastic part. The results shows that packing time.melt temperature and
mold temperature are the three largest influence factors on shrinkage rate. The three factors can control the shrinkage of
injection molding products most effectively. |
