为了提高制鞋业中穿鞋带工序的自动化水平,设计了一种新型自动穿鞋带机构。方案设计过程采用形态学矩阵
法寻求结构解,给结构解的不同组合形式加上约束后取舍获得多种设计方案,以备模糊评价。方案评价和优选过程运用
二元对比排序法对模糊评价的指标权重进行分配,采用专家和统计结合的方法获得评价数据,最后使用所构造的权重向
量对自动穿鞋带机构的各方案进行模糊综合评价,选出最优方案。该方法应用在穿鞋带机构上,较系统地考虑了机构设
计方案,并较快地对方案进行评价和优选。物理样机实验表明,所设计的机构较好实现了自动穿鞋带功能,并兼顾了结
构紧凑性、经济性和柔性等要求。 |

To enhance the automation level of lacing process in shoe- making industry, a new auto-lacing mechanism was
designed. It adopted morphological matrix method to search structural solutions. and added constrains on different
combination forms of structural solutions to obtain many kinds of designing scheme for fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Duality
paired comparison rank-ordering method was used in the process of evaluation and selection of schemes.and the method
of combination of experts evaluation and statistics was adopted to obtain the evaluation data. At last constructed weight
vectors were used in fuzzy synthetic evaluation of auto-lacing mechanism of schemes to obtain the best scheme. This
method was applied to the lacing mechanism, systematically considered mechanism design schemes and carried out rapid
evaluations and selection. Experimental results of physical prototype show that the mechanism can achieve the function of
auto-lacing and meet the requirement of compact structure.economy and flexibility. |
